Paibare designed a program for Unicef on Behavior Change Communication (BCC) for health volunteers. This is based on the premise that the Barangay Health Worker (BHW) will be the change agent using communication skills for advocating child right in each of their communities.

Unicef is Paibare’s sole partner in delivering the training program to 15 remote provinces, schools and many more. The partnership called for capability building of health workers to:
Champion child rights in their communities
Identify, motivate, counsel and support high-risk families towards healthier lifestyles
Break the barriers of isolation of the health volunteers and enable them to access the worldwide web for knowledge
Introduce them to information technology

To date, over 600 Barangay Health Workers from Local Governments, City Governments, Private Companies and Private Voluntary Organizations have participated in Behavior Change Communication Training
